Online Planning and Communicating Tools for all of Chrome's Clients   Coordinate every specific detail of your special event with Chrome Entertainment Online. This Provides Excellent Communication between the Events Hosts and Dj. Making for a flawless evening with no chance of miscommunication.

Planning Form  Try the Demo The Planning Form allows clients to design and coordinate every specific detail of their event, from location and times to first dances and bridal party introductions.  Clients can save their event planner for continued progress up to three days until the special event. Upon completion, the event details get submitted to Chrome Entertainment electronically by email.                                                                                           Event Timeline  Try the Demo   The Event Timeline tool allows clients to specify the order of activities to take place at their event, from the start of cocktail hour to the last dance. The client can suggest an exact time they wish an activity to take place. Clients can save their timelines for continued progress. Upon completion, the timeline gets submitted electronically by email. Music Database Try the Demo Clients use the Music Database to make online requests for their event! They can search by keyword, Song Titles or Artists, using optional features to view song lyrics, listen to song samples, and view song suggestions from the Most Requested charts while building three custom request lists for their event (including a Please Play List, a Possibly Play List and a  Do not play list) and adding notes/dedications to special songs
